Ordering, Shipping And Payment
To order SIMs or Hardware from KORE eCommerce portal, you must be a registered user with a validated email address. All orders placed through KORE eCommerce must be paid via credit card at time of purchase via the website.
All KORE eCommerce orders for SIMs and Hardware are processed on a first come, first serve basis. All hardware and SIM card orders received after 3PM Eastern Time will be processed the on the following business day.
Orders for SIM activation on a data plan are subject to rules and restrictions of our carrier partners. All devices utilizing data and SMS services on carrier networks must be certified devices as outlined by PTCRB.
All products purchased that require shipping will be sent via FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to the email address on file for the purchaser when items ship. Once orders have shipped, there is no returning of product to KORE. All Sales are Final.
Shipping of available products normally take place within 48 hours of order acceptance by KORE. Order acceptance includes, but is not limited to, KORE verification of funds from the purchaser credit card issuer, validation of inventory at KORE and/or validation of inventory availability at a KORE partner, if necessary.
KORE eCommerce accepts all major credit cards. Purchases on KORE eCommerce can only be completed by credit card.
Payments for hardware and SIM cards must be provided by purchaser on a valid credit card at time of purchase. Collection of payment form purchaser issuing bank will be completed prior to shipping of any order.
Payments for monthly recurring charges for data plans will be automatically charged on the 24th of each month, for each then active SIM card, for the following month. Users can deactivate SIMs at any time.
